Carmen and Ben’s intimate backyard wedding was one for the books. Hosted at Carmen’s parents’ home, just outside of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, their day was a true celebration of love, family, and the natural beauty of the Colorado mountains.
Leading up to the big day, Carmen and Ben worked with family and friends decorating and getting the home ready for their festivities. Carmen’s dad even built a wooden dance floor on the lawn, adding a personal touch to the backyard setting.
As they stood before their loved ones and the beautiful mountains, Carmen and Ben shared their love and commitment to each other. Then everyone gathered for drinks, toast, and dinner. As the sun began to set behind the mountains, the string lights above the tables casted a warm and inviting glow, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening ahead.
After dinner, Carmen and Ben took a moment to sneak away with me to take in the surrounding mountain views near the home. The beautiful blue hour light made for some truly stunning photos that they will treasure forever.
But perhaps the most epic part of the day was on the dance floor. Set under the soft glow of string lights and the twinkling night stars, the couple and their guests danced the night away.
