Kaitlynn and Scott’s elopement on the summer solstice was a beautiful, intimate celebration of their love for each other. They chose to keep things simple, in favor of a low-key, stress-free day that allowed them to be themselves.

The day began at the courthouse in Fort Collins, Colorado, where the couple signed their marriage certificate and exchanged vows. After the legal formalities were taken care of, Kaitlynn and Scott took a leisurely stroll through the vibrant downtown area of Fort Collins to their favorite coffee shop, Lima Coffee Roasters. There, they enjoyed a cozy cup of coffee and a moment to soak in the joy of the day.

Next, I had the pleasure of driving the newlyweds to Estes Park, Colorado, where they were able to take in the stunning views of Rocky Mountain National Park. The solstice was the perfect day to visit, with the warm sun and clear skies providing an idyllic backdrop for the couple’s special day. Kaitlynn and Scott popped some champagne at the Moraine Park picnic area, toasting to their love and future together.

The day ended with a delicious meal and cocktails at Bird and Jim, a local eatery in Estes Park that specializes in farm-to-table cuisine. The couple enjoyed a romantic meal in a cozy, intimate atmosphere, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rockies. It was the perfect end to a perfect day.

Kaitlynn and Scott’s elopement on the summer solstice was a testament to the power of love and the beauty of simplicity. By choosing to forego the trappings of a traditional wedding and focusing on what really mattered – each other – they were able to create a day that will live in their hearts forever. It was an honor to be a part of their special day, and I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness.
