Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Sarah’s surprise proposal to her girlfriend Danielle at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.
The evening began with Sarah and Danielle taking in the incredible views at the High Point Overlook. Unbeknownst to Danielle, Sarah had been planning a surprise proposal for months.
As the sun began to set, Sarah got down on one knee and popped the question, and of course, Danielle said yes! It was an incredibly touching moment, and I was honored to be there to capture it all on camera.
To make the proposal even more special, it was Pi Day, 03.14, and Sarah had worked with a local pie company called Mile High Pie Co to provide delicious pies for them to enjoy after the surprise proposal. It was a perfect way to celebrate their love and the special moment they shared.
It was an honor to be a part of Sarah and Danielle’s love story, and I wish them all the happiness in the world as they embark on this new chapter of their lives together.
