Madison and Jake had been dreaming of a mountain wedding in Colorado where they could show their out-of-state family and friends why the mountains had been so special to their relationship for the past 8 years together.
When they found The Lodge at Breckenridge, they knew it was the perfect place to celebrate their love. Ranked as one of the highest-altitude hotels in the world, The Lodge at Breckenridge offers breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and is such a dreamy venue to get married at.
Madison and Jake’s wedding day began with getting ready at the resort. The girls were tucked away in a private cabin surrounded by tall trees, where they spent the morning getting pampered for the big day ahead. Meanwhile, Jake and his groomsmen were getting ready in a hotel suite, complete with a balcony overlooking the mountains. They spent the morning chilling and reminiscing about old times.
Later, we loaded up their Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma and traversed up Boreas Pass Road, a nearby mountain road, for their first look and private vows. The views from the top of the pass were absolutely breathtaking, and the couple’s love for each other shone even brighter against the stunning backdrop.
After their private vow exchange, they returned to The Lodge for their main ceremony and reception. As I could tell you more about their magical day, I feel my photos will tell the story better.
