Emma and Drew’s engagement session at Brainard Lake in the Indian Peaks Wilderness was a special one for me. Not only did they make the trip to Colorado from Iowa, but Drew and I went to college together, so I was thrilled to be able to capture this special moment for him and his fiancé.
The session was set against the stunning backdrop of Brainard Lake, and the love between Emma and Drew was palpable from the moment we began. We walked around the lake, stopping to capture candid moments and intimate poses. Along the way they sipped on some Castle & Key bourbon as they shared some laughs, making for a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
It was such a joy to be able to capture this special moment for Emma and Drew. Their love for each other was evident in every shot, and I was honored to be a part of it all.
